Dear All
I have 3 managed switch Model:ES228GS-P on my network.
But one of my switches is detected as a virtual device

Dear customer,
If a device goes offline from the cloud, it will be displayed as a virtual device in the cloud topology. You can login into this switch and follow the steps below to  troubleshoot this issue.
1. What is ES switch firmware version? If not the latest one, please upgrade first. Here is the link for RG-ES226GC-P:

2.  Connecting a PC or laptop to the port of the ESW, then ping 'iotsvr-eu.ruijienetworks.com' on that PC or laptop to check whether it can ping normally.

3. If ping failed, pls try to ping gateway address and check.

4. If ping success, you can try to check the cloud service here, and share with us the screenshot

Thanks for the answer.
Now my problem is solved. I just need to re-enable VLAN ID 1 on the trunk port, and the virtual device can be detected as a switch device.
