I use the username admin, and password admin but still says incorrect username or password.
how can I find the correct one?

Hi sir,

If the device online on cloud, you can check the password on ruijie cloud. That's should correct one.


If the device not online on cloud, you need reset the device to factory settings. Please press the reset button more than 5 sec until the Indicator light flashing.
