Hello sir,
Have you tried manual synchronization? Or have you tried restarting the device?

Or is it that the device cloud shows that the synchronization is not successful, but the local device has been successful? Can you now log in to the local device with this password?

I have tried manual synchronization.
I have restarted and changed password
It's the config status that shows failed

Changing to an easier password has now resolved the issues.
