Please check log of device SN G1T09H0012446. It auto disconnect 6 hours a day. from 15h47 to 21h47 GMT+7 . I think it is a bug of firmware

Please check it. The router
lost connection from 15:47 to 21:47 every day

1.Have you confirmed the power supply situation on the spot? Is the power supply on site stable?
2.If the position is changed, can the router obtain a stable power supply?
3.Is the power supply for other devices in the same socket also stable?
4.If you want to upgrade the version, you can upgrade to the latest version P317. However, please note that do not upgrade during possible power outages: https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/ew300t-firmware/ew300t-317-firmware/

Hi Micca,

1. The power supply on site is stable
2. The position is not changed
3. The power supply for other devices in the same socket is also stable
4. How to upgrade to the latest version P317. I cannot find P317 on the Ruijie App. Ruijie App announces that The Current Version (1.310.2405) is the latest version
