Check if the ESW firmware version is already the latest Check the ES switch has got IPaddress and configured DNS server to 8.8.8.8
ther ES switches under the samenetwork can be online on cloud The following ports are used for Ruijie Cloudmanagement. Ensure these ports are available and the data stream is permitted.
Checkthe cloud DNS domain resolved IP address is correct. First, verify whichhosting you are accessing in the browser. Simply login your Ruijie Cloudaccount, and check the URL link.Cloud-as represents Asia cloud and cloud-eu isEurope Cloud. Then, login device's cli and execute pingiotrc-as.ruijienetworks.com and check which IP address is resolved.(Pleasecheck the table above for the information). Please confirm the cloud hostingyou are accessing is the same as the device registered. Check the ES switch canbe online before, suddenly offline, already tried reset still the same issue
Capturethe packets on the uplink router, find there is no packet interaction betweenthis offline switch and the cloud server, only the DNS packets and the DNSresponse packets are sent to the wrong MAC address The issue is the uplinkrouter learned wrong arp information of the IP address and the device MACaddress, so did not send the DNS response packets to the correct ES device, butsent it to another wrong device, causing the corresponding ES device to fail togo online.
