Sorry, my English not good
I have a switch with model RG-S5750-48GT4XS-HP-H that has been factory flashed, and now I can't use the switch. With log:
Can't find main kernel.
Start auto upgrade main. Ctrl+C to cancel.
Local IP: 192.168.64.31
Remote IP: 192.168.64.1
Filename: rgos.bin
MAC Addresses: 80:05:88:43:28:48
TFTP Ports: 69
MAC Addresses (backplane):
TFTP Ports (backplane): 60001
Interfaces: eth0
TFTP: Detect tftp port 69 ...
TFTP: Detect MAC address 80:05:88:43:28:48
I can't find the firmware to fix it on the support page. I hope you guys can help me fix it.

Hello,

1. Could you try to recover the version again and then copy out the complete log for me? A complete log from startup to the end.
2. Was the version you imported downloaded from the link I sent? Could you show me the version number?
3. Do you still remember the original version number of the device? Is it 11.X or 12.X?
