I Have a few Ruijie AP820L-V3,
But one of them is acting strange,
It become gray on devices list, the client cannot be seen ( total connected client) altough it is connected and synced.
Can you help me

From the description, I gather that one of you AP has gone offline from your cloud project and is no longer reporting client data to the cloud.
