Title: Why my EG can't be online on cloud

You can refer to the guide as below to check why your EG can't be online on cloud.

Try ping cloud.ruijienetworks.com
The web password import on cloud should be right
Enable Central Management->Ruijie Cloud->Server URL
Server url should be http://devicereg.ruijienetworks.com

If you can't see this Central Management option, Click Home->Service, click enable Central Management.
