Dear customers,

As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient services, we will upgrade the Ruijie Community Service on May 15th, 2021 from 21:00-22:00(UTC+8).

Six new features released

1. Add a Collection option, you can see your favorite posts.

2. Add the ‘Case Portal’‘Firmware’ ‘Support’ ‘Feedback’ Button.

3. Add ‘Digest threads’ and ‘All threads’ post list.

4. Add the page jump and next page button, you can browse more posts.

5. Add ‘my post’ option, you can see your post list.

6. Add the TAC role who have the TAC post list. So that we can see your post which haven’t been replied.

Three optimized functions

1. Optimizing the account name showing on the post. On the post will show your alias name, won’t show your email.

2. Optimizing the picture upload function, you can paste the screen shoot picture on the post. Or paste the picture file to the post easier.

3. Optimizing the share post button.
