What is the difference between these switches and Cloud solutions?

RG-S2910-24GT4XS-UP-H(V3.0) - RG-MACC

RG-NBS3200-24GT4XS-P - Reyee Cloud

Ruijie Networks offers free lifetime service of all Ruijie Cloud basic features for all Ruijie cloud-managed supported networking devices. Does this mean RG-MACC is free?

Reyee and Ruijie are using same cloud
