Title: Duplicate Flow Control Policy
Hi All,

I want to use flow control policy to manage the traffic, especailly the P2P Download. I make 3 policies for facebook, teamviewer and allow all.

When I create the 4th policy choosing P2P Download and click create, the system replied that the policy already existed.

I have only 3 policies and no related policies, is that any hidden policy running?
