If you want to block users to access the internet in an specific time range. You can config it follow the below steps
1. Firstly, creating an new flow control policy, shown as the below picture.
User: local users who connected to this device Notice: you can create an new user group in the 'User' option before you add this policy
APP group: selecting the APP on which the policy will take effect
3. Thirdly. Inputing the Max Total Downlink and Max Total Uplink as 1, so that the effect was like the blocking. Then selecting the time range on which the policy will be taken effect.
