Title: What can I do if the data usage exceeded but it can still be used?

(1) Wait one more minute. AP will send the traffic log to the server every one minute.

For example, if the voucher data quota is 100MB, it won't be exceeded after the traffic log being send to the server even the 99MB has been used. But the next minute, 100MB quota will be used. If the AP stills send the traffic log to server, 199MB quota will be used and the server will make the voucher depleted.
