Title: What should I do if I cannot access the internet through wireless?

a) Make sure the physical connection for uplink is proper.

b) Connect computer with AP directly to check the connection. if there is no internet, you need to check the uplink.

c) Check whether the user obtain the IP address, if cannot obtain the IP address, check the DHCP server configuration.
