Title: Why I have added the behavior strategy but it didn't take effect?

Perform the following steps:

a) Check whether the IP addresses that need to be blocked were added into the IP Address Group.

b) Check whether current time is within the range of strategy time that you scheduled before.

c) Check whether theAPPs/Websites that need to be blocked were selected.

Note:

The ‘Time’ for behavior strategy means the time when this strategy takes effect.
