Title: What should I do if I cannot access the internet?
a) Check whether the device (PC/phone) gets the correct IP address.
If the device’s IP address is 169.254.x.x or 0.0.0.0, it means that the device doesn’t get correct IP address.
1)  Try disconnect the wired or wireless connection and then reconnect it.
2)  Try reboot the device.
b) If the device gets the correct IP address, please try change DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.
c) Try unplug and replug the network cable between gateway/router and ISP.
If the problem is still unsolvable, you may start a Live Chat with our Support Engineer for assistance: Ruijie Support.

I am wondering if you can assist me.
We have Starlink ISP, which works great!
We then built a pod for my office next to the house, which is cladded with iron so the Wi-Fi doesn't reach inside.
We bought x2 Ruijie Reyee RG-EST100-E to bridge the link and a Ruijie Reyee RG-EW1200 Dual-Band WiFi Mesh Router for the office. We connected this all, and it worked fine for 9 months until I went on holiday (and didn't use the office).
Now the internet won't work. Everything looks fine, the internet is fine in the main house, and I can see the SSID listed on my devices while in the office, but there is no internet. I am at a loss as to what has happened and how to fix it.
I have tried RITA but there is no way to actually connect to live support or help, it just keeps asking me the same question with no help.
Please help.

Hello,
Could you share the actual firmware version of your device? Also please try to see if devices are receivin ip address from starlink maybe could be somenthing related with the cable.
