Title: What should I do if my internet speed is slow?
Compare the test speed results of a PC connected directly to the ISP router/modem and the PC connected to the Reyee device, if the results are the same, the problem is the ISP router/modem. If the results are different, please try the following steps:
a) Check whether Smart Flow Control is enabled.
Router > Advanced > Flow Control

b) Check whether “Custom Policy” is configured.

c) Replace the network cable for testing.
If the wireless speed is still slow, please continue with the following steps to change Wireless Channel, Transmit Power and Channel width for Reyee AP. (You may change the 2.4G channel width to 40MHz and 5G channel width to 80MHZ).
