No, Reyee EG can't enable PPTP and L2TP at the same time. Only one can be active at a time.

Hi Ruth Price,
we have tested in our environment, the PPTP and L2TP can be enabled at the same time if the intranet IP ranges of two VPN are different. So if you can't enable them at the same time, please help to check whether the client subnet pverlaps with each other. Below is the error notice:
