Title: What can I do if I fail to connect L2TP over IPsec VPN on Reyee EG?

(1) Check whether the branch EG can ping to HQ EG. If can’t ping, please check the network connection between two EGs.

Click Diagnostics->Network Tools then can start the ping operation.

(2) Please refer to this guide ‘How to configure L2TP over IPsec VPN on Reyee EG?’ to check whether your setting is right.

(3) Check whether the WAN IP of your HQ EG is the public IP. If it isn’t, you need to configure DMZ on your external device. And Local ID Type to be NAME on HQ and Branch.
