Title: why the interface rate is 20G when use the M5000H-01QXS as an expansion module？
M5000H-01QXS support 40G QSFP+ port for stack.

Because the M5000H-01QXS supports up to 21Gbps rate for stacking, so when check in cli, it shows 20G, shown in this picture:
