Because EW series products don't have feature to export the logs on its eweb. So you may check the log of EW on Cloud if its online on Cloud.
Please perform thefollowing steps:
a) Click 'Web CLI' for selected router in 'Home Router List'

b) Click 'Log' in the 'General' option to check the log informations of this device
