Title: Why my device get sync failed on cloud?
The synchronize problem may be caused bythe following reasons:
a) Some specific configuration sync failed due to network problems, in this case, you can manually deliver the configuration to try again.


b) If all the configurations of the AP syncfailed, it may because the ports have been blocked that cloud can’t auto deliver the confirguration. Pls check whether the ports udp 3478 and udp 3479 have been allowed to pass.
