Step 1: Refer to this guide to  check your PC setting about IP and tftp server.
            And please check the steps you set on device is right.
         How to recover firmware on AP&AC
Step 2：Check whether your PC firewall is enabled, if enabled, please disable it.Step 3: Check the firmware file, make sure it is right.
Step 4: If still stuck, please contact with our online TAC.
