Title: What's Wi-Fi Optimization?
Wi-Fi Optimization is an intelligent and automatic RF optimization scheme tailored for complicated scenarios with multiple APs. It is supported on Enterprise APs, most Reyee APs, and EGs. After Wi-Fi Optimization collects spatial information, including SSID, channel, signal strength and client status (transfer rate, delay, packet loss rate etc.), it analyses information through the intelligent algorithm to provide the optimal network solution (channel and power planning for each AP), and automatically adjusts the configuration of APs in the network.
1. Which products support Wi-Fi Optimization?
Network TypeSupport or NotLimitation
Enterprise APSupportNA
Reyee APPart of Reyee APs support
1. Wi-Fi Optimization is not supported if there is only RAP2200(F) or RAP1200(F), but no EG in the network. That is, if a project has only 100M APs but no EG, Wi-Fi Optimization is not supported.
2.  The firmware version should be P53 or higher (Except P60).
3.  There is only one master device in the network.
Reyee EG + Reyee APPart of Reyee APs supportThe firmware version of EG and AP should be P53 or higher (Except P60).
Home RouterNo support
Note:  If there is no Reyee EG in the network, Wi-Fi Optimization can be enabled on less than 50 Reyee APs. That is, 50 1000M Reyee APs can run Wi-Fi Optimization even without Reyee EG. The Enterprise APs do not have this limitation.

Hello,
We have 34 AP RAP2260(G) connected with 3 switches (NBS3200-24GT4XS-P) in each area. We are not able to do the WiFi optimization from the cloud, and always get this message; "No device for scanning; Wi-Fi Optimization is not supported on Reyee APs. Reason: No Reyee master device in the network".
However, if we click on the device registered in the cloud, there are 3 devices that act as the master.
What is the issue here?
Thanks.

Hi sir,

1.May you confirm whther your AP obtain ip address?

If the AP not obtian ip address, you can check why the AP not obtian ip address
2.Could you please visit us at our RITA:
www.ruijienetworks.com/rita
and provide us with the screenshot of the issue ? This could help us figure out the issue.

Best regards,
Steve

Thanks for your reply.
I tried the link for RITA, but got this message "[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]RITA cannot answer this question yet
". For the IP address, each AP got an IP address from our DHCP server.
This is what it looks like when I tried WiFi optimization

As you can see, the AP already has IP addresses.

If I click on one of the devices, it says that our network has three masters

I can do WiFi optimization locally from the switch, but it seems like conflicts with the settings from the cloud. I am not so sure about this but it looks like it.
Any suggestions on this?
