You need to do it via CLI:

Ruijie>enable

Ruijie#conf t

Ruijie(config)#no enable service web-server ?

all Enable both http server and https server //Disable all web functions

http Enable http server //Disable the http service of the web

https Enable http secure server //Disable the https service of the web
