At present we use debug pdpoe-test to detect the AP in which power supply mode.

debug pdpoe-test 1 shows hardware-level negotiation;

debug pdpoe-test 2 shows software-level negotiation.

Any level can reach 802.3at, AP will be able to power supply by 802.3at.
