Title: Regarding internet connectivity

I connected pc to rujie RG-EG105G and is providing IP to my pc, but the above error message is shown. Any solution?

Dear Sir
Before the PC was connected to the EG, the Internet was normal, but when the EG-Switch-PC was connected, the Internet connection line was faulty.


But now the PC is directly connected to the EG, there are still problems

From the above screenshot, the PC accesses 8.8.8.8 and the data is lost when it reaches EG

1. Check whether the EG is connected to the Internet

2. Can you provide me with the configuration of WAN port and LAN port, my email is wangyang11@ruijie.com.cn

3. Can we make an appointment for remote inspection?

The internet connectivity is provided to EG from internet.

Well, the location is Nepal, so it might be hard for you to remote inspection

Can you reset the EG or reconfigure the LAN address? For reyee EG, NAT is automatically configured and cannot be configured manually, so can we do a reset test?
