good afternoon, I have a detail with a piece of equipment that I bought... the equipment is a switch model RG-NBS3200-48GT4XS-P, it tells me that it is a PoE 802.3af/at switch, but when I connect a mikrotik or ubnt equipment, this It does not turn on, I already checked the configuration and there is no way to activate it manually, so I do not know if it is compatible, I would like to know if they are compatible, and if so, how do I activate or power the equipment through its switch...

output power per switch: 370W
Maximum output power per port: 30W
You can check whether the protocol of other devices is the standard POE power supply protocol



If not, it is recommended that you turn on non-standard in the web interface of the switch

May I know your switch model and what is the device model that is powered by the switch? Could you help do the replacement tests whether it is the powered device issue or the switch issue?
