AP and AC capwap connectivity is normal and ap received 802.3at power
but whenever clients try to connect to ap, this following log message display and disconnected
log message is below
*Jun 17 12:16:56: %WLAN-6-AUTH_RECV: BSSID(86ae.d001.93ca) receives auth frame from STA(5c80.b6b0.d1c3): RSSI(69). *Jun 17 12:16:55: %WLAN-6-AUTH_RECV: BSSID(86ae.d001.93ca) receives auth frame from STA(5c80.b6b0.d1c3): RSSI(69).
however, if i change of AP IP, client can connect to the ap, and service become normal.
please let me what that log message means and what would cause log message come out.
model name is wirelessRG-AP850-i(V2)

Hi sir, sorry for not reply timely. This log means that the SSID has receive the auth message from STA for connection. But STA cant connect to this SSID, so please check whether there are any user limitation settings in AC, which may cause the user cant access it. Author: zippy20000@gmai Time: 2022-6-23 15:00
thank you for you advice, but i don't that there is setting for user limitation in AC. however i ll check it again. one weird thing is that when i change the AP IP, clinet can connect to SSID and service became normal
