Hi,
I have a few questions about setting up the MSP portal within Ruijie cloud.

Firstly, are we able to use SSO and have it federated with Microsoft Office365 to save creating sub accounts for all our staff?
If not, then are you able to change my admin username from chris.ash@tbtcnorthernnsw.com.au to extapps@entouragetechnology.com.au please and retain the same password, or set me a new one?
I have this morning tried to setup a new account with extapps@entouragetechnology.com.au but we do not get the welcome email
Can you please confirm if we have existing projects setup that are not sitting in a project group, is it possible to move the project into a group somehow?

This guide to hand over networks does not allow you to move them to a project group folder within the same tenant which is what I am asking???
