Dear sir,
Sorry that Ruijie Cloud doesn't support blocking & unblocking mac-address directly.
You may accomplish it by another way, such as console/telnet to Ruijie AP.

I find a video for Blacklist MAC filtering on Ruijie Cloud AP, why you say it does work on it?
