Dear sir,

The log showing there are IP conflict on your network. Two clients use same IP address.、
The reason may be that one of them use the previous IP to connect SSID, but that IP have been assigned to other, so there are IP conflict, the recommend optimization way is increasing the release time on your DHCP server.
And that IP conflict won't keep for a long time.
If the IP conflict keep for a long time, need to check the static IP setting on client side.

Thank you, problem has been solved. by changing the static ip on the access point to ip dhcp
