Please make sure your EG gateway can access the internet and DNS also working
Please make sure your IP address range is correct. When your device has been connecting in this SSID
Please check whether your step to created template is corrected. Or you can follow step by step as below.
1.Click on your SN EG gateway serial number in Ruijie Cloud
2.Select on “Config” -> “Cloud Portal Auth”
3.Select Auth to enabled and please check your Auth IP/Range is correct
4. Add and selected your template then save
*Please remember, if you have enabled “Seamless Online” captive portal authentication will active only first time.
