Title: RG-EG210G-P cant connect no-IP DDNS
RG-EG210G-P cant connect DDNS server, always saying Network error but it has already have internet conenction.

I cant sir, since it cannot connect on my EG.

Hi sir, the DDNS must bind a public IP address and domain, so need the EG have a public IP address. But in your picture, this EG now are using private ip address, so it won't works

so I need a bridge mode LTE Router? because if I use a No-IP Client update on my PC, it can show a public IP, and also I tried this already even Im using a private IP, if I log in my account with No, IP it should detect the public IP of my network. Im using an LTE router, and Im planning to make this as a back up domain for our office server, also if the EG router only accept public IP from WAN in order this DDNS to work, so it means, only PPOE mode connection? since no Public ip can be transmitted using DHCP, correct me if I'm wrong.
update:
I made it connected! what I did is I used another LTE router, but still, I cant reach my desired machine using the public domain, even I used the Port Mapping function of EG.

can you local login the server of this machine? can show us your port mapping setting page on EG ?

it's better you share the network to us so we can login to troubleshooting it. you may refer to the below link to share the network on Cloud

sir, sorry for the late response, I was on a tight schedule, here is my testing port mapping, RDP only for testing.. the machine is already configured to accept RDP so if the DDNS is working, then we should able to reach the device using RDP.

Sorry for not reply timlely.
as the ping test, the DDNS already take effect, the doamin already bind to the WAN ip of device. but we cant access the internal network of EG from external.

For the port mapping issue, can you local login the eweb of that machine locally? can you provide the detailed topology of your network to us sir
