Title: how to add NVR port
we would like to add NVR device, unfortunetely we unable to add NVR port like(3777, or 38888). Is it possible we can add it?

Cloud can't modify the NVR port.
It should be issue on NVR side, you can check the NVR port whether it is opened or not first.
