When I run start Ruijie TFTP Server application found error How to troubleshoot , Could you please advise ,

Please check whether your firewall or other security application forbidden it.

I try to close services of window and firewall but still error code may can you recommend for services of endtask,

Please use this command to check whether the tftp server port was used by other application
netstat -aon | findstr "69
"

If the port was used by other application, you can try to disable that application first， then try to enable the tftp server again
