Title: Why some time the project shows Virtual Device?
I have a project of 4 devices (EG105, ES205-GC-P, AP2200, AP1200). Some time the project shows the devices have an extra Virtual device in the middle.
What are the causes of it & how to resolve it quickly?
(I have checked & all devices are connected to the Internet properly, no device is offline et.)

Dear sir

There are some scenarios that there will be virtual devices are shown on the topology:

(1) The device is not on the Ruijie Cloud or is offline.

(2) The device is not the Ruijie device.

(3) If the device is an unmanaged switch, it is recommended to edit the name and the port manually.

If your network doesn't have such device, but the network topology still display wrongly, please try to refresh it and check again, if problem still not solved, please help share me your network to further check:
