Title: Problem with RAP2200(E) in Apple Devices
Good morning, I have problems with 2 AP 2200(E) on apple devices (Iphone, Apple TV, etc) which lose connection with the AP and reconnect, and so they spend all day. I already updated firmware, factory reset, reconfigured and nothing, same problem. The detail is that this only happens with connection to apple devices, but on Android devices they work perfectly. Could you give me an idea of what it could be? some bug? incompatibility? Thank you

2. May I know whether all Apple terminal will have this issue, regardless of the IOS version?

Good morning Patrick, I am attaching the firmware version of the APs and the IOS version of the Apple devices, I will post the video here in about two days after I am home and make the video. But if with this information you can see what the problem could be, I would really appreciate it.

im having the same issue with RAP1260. running latest firmware.
happened to me a few times turning the wifi on the macbook on and off fixed the issue temporarily.

oddly enough on the macbook i can't access anything not even the router. i still have an ip address and the computer claims to be connected.

i have other users complain of their apple phones and macbooks aswell.
latest firmware

Dear sir

May I know whether this issue only happen in the Apple devices?
Can you help provide your network topology? How the RAP is connected to the network and whether the users are in the same vlan network that have this issue?

Can you try to create an open SSID for the RAP then test again whether it is the same issue?
Could you help try to ping continously on the phone to the Internet and the router when this issue happens and record a video about this issue to further confirm?

I encounter that issue with my friend old iphone
The problem because he enable "private address"
Once he disable that his iphone can connect successfully

Can you share your AP ssid configuration with me so that I can check more details for you?
Btw, what is device frimware version and your iphone device version?

Hi Micca,
Its on the latest update version. I have two SSID one for 5Ghz and one for 2.5Ghz. I get lost connections on both with Apple Devices.

Dear sir

Sorry for not solving your issue efficiently. You can try to create an open SSID and check whether the user can get IP address when connected to the RAP.
If the problem still exists, please provide your network topology and the AP ssid configuration for us to further check this issue. Please help alsp provide your device SN to our support email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>) so that we can record this case first. Thank you for your cooperation.
