1. Do you make sure all the files are in the same folder?

2. Please check: local IP is XS-S1920 ip address, and remote IP is your PC ip address.

3. Is the firewall disabled? If not, please disable it first.

Btw, would you mind share us the pictures about the folder, file name, text content, ip address of device and firewall status?
