Hi

I want your help please
I have AP model RAP2260, connect it direct cable from router 5 G

My problem, I cannot add gateway to network to make Captive portal to my networks

May I know the gateway model?
Our captive portal only can be applied to Ruijie AP/Ruijie EG/Reyee EG.

Aha .. iam check your link,

Thats mean we cann't make Captive Portal with out EG in my network..

Correct, Becauese Reyee AP does not support captive portal for now.
And if your gateway device is from third-party vendor, then also cannot support.
