Hi, friend.

As we checked, the ip of your 2 RAPs was included in the authentication IP range of captive portal.

This may cause the AP to fail to upload the Radio configuration information to the Cloud server.

So we add these 2 IPs to the user whitelist to avoid this.

Please check the images in your email.
