I have a problem about multiple wan but they are the same IP or same ISP. how to do it?

example:
ISP1 = PLDT
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
ISP2 = PLDT
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
and ISP3 = PLDT
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
