Title: my ap cannot upgrade automatically
hello, guys
I found when I connect my ap to the poe switch and can be controlled by AC, however it cannot upgrade automatically.
what should I check ?

(1) Check whether the AP can obtain the IP address: show ip int brief.

(2) Check whether the AP can obtain the IP address of the AC: show ap-statistic aclist.

(3) Check whether the AP can communicate with the AC: pingx.x.x.x(ac-ip).

(4) Check whether the version span of the AP and AC is too large (the AP is upgraded from 2b15 directly to 1b19p2, and the AC is upgraded from 10.x directly to 11.x, instead of the intermediate version).

(5) Check whether the software of AC version supports the AP of this model (refer to the version release notes).

If the problem persists after the above steps, collect the following information and contact our online support for help.

show run

show log

The AP information needs to be collected:

show version

show log

show ip int bri

show inteface

The name and size of the version needs to be upgraded.
