May I know your AP model is AP720-L，right? May I know what's the uplink device? You want to block the user from connecting for a specific 30 minutes, and then after that the user can connect, right？Or the user can connect for 30 minutes, when the time is up need to reconnect.

I use AP 720 L Uplink
I want to config all user can connect for 2 hour and when time is up i want to block the user from connecting for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes block user need to reconnect again
