You can configure it according to the following command:

Ruijie > enable

Ruijie #configure terminal ------> enter globalconfiguration mode

Ruijie (config) #clock timezone Beijing 8------> set the time zone of swtich to Beijing East 8th District

Ruijie (config) #exit

Ruijie #clock set 18:00:00 12 3 2013 ------>clock set Hours: minutes: seconds, month day year
