Sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.
Could you please kindly check the following:
1. please check whether data on the device details page are correctly displayed when you click on the device SN in the AP list
2. please ping the log-upload server domain for EU/US cloud (cloudlog-eu.ruijienetworks.com) on the device and check whether the domain is correctly resolved to the IP address 35.246.247.49
3. please confirm if there is a firewall in the network and check whether it is blocking the communication between cloud server and the devices through TCP ports 80 and 443.
