Sorry, currently it does not support importing multiple static IP addresses at once.
However, you may convert currently connected DHCP clients into static IPs in batch:
On SON eWeb, go to Gateway > Network > LAN > DHCP Clients, select the entries you need to convert to static IP addresses and click + Batch Convert, the selected IP-MAC binding entries will then become static IP addresses.
