Hi,
Several months ago I set up RG-EG2100-P V2 gateway and some APs with Ruijie Cloud. I have created two networks and separate them into Interworking Zone and Isolation Zone at ACL menu in the cloud without problem.
I see that the cloud has been upgraded some time ago. Now everytime I enter ACL menu in the cloud, message "There is no subnet that can be configured with ACL." appear, and it says "This product type is not supported" at below network name at Interworking Zone box. I need to add more networks and move them to Isolation Zone, but it cannot be done anymore as before. I have also tried using the new cloud design, but it was the same.

My devices are clearly supported before, how can it become not supported any longer? Please clarify. Thank you.

According to our RD, they need time to re-evaluate and add the feature back in for EG2100-P V2. Sorry for your inconvenience.

During this time, if you want to do ACL for isolation, you may configure it from CLI of EG.

Okay, I hope this can be resolved soon.
Another thing, I found that Multi-WAN configuration from the cloud also cannot be done, it says: "The Current Gateway model does not support Multi-WAN function. Model support info details.". RG-EG2100-P V2 clearly support 2 WAN, please check.

Sorry, for now, only Reyee series routers can support mutil-WAN feature on Ruijie Cloud.

Sorry, but it's not like I'm requesting something new. I mean, it was there before, and now suddenly get removed.
