Possible causes

1) Power supplysystem fault

2) Software defect

3) Hardware fault

Troubleshooting procedureStep1: Check the environment of the switch

1) Check whether the power cable is inserted tightly. Ifthe power cable is loose, the power supply may be unstable and the switch maybe abnormally restarted. If possible, take pictures of the power supply andsocket.

For example:

Run the show log command to checkwhether the following information is displayed:

“The power notenough, current system is in danger.”

Check whether the input power is sufficient.

2) Check whether the input power matches the rated inputpower. If the switch is a chassis device with dual power supplies, connect thecables to sockets based on the cable type to prevent insufficient input for thesingle system.

Step2: Check whether the device has been manuallyrestarted.

Run the show log command to check whether the device has been manually restarted.
