can ruijie AP manage by cloud as a Radius Client using NPS Server ?

can you give me tutorial how to doit ?
im still confuse with ruijie cloud system.

May I know your Ruijie AP model? Ruijie AP can only be managed by cloud or AC.

Sorry,sir. Ruijie AP can only be managed by cloud or AC, cannot use NPS server to manage Ruijie AP.

hi sir, if i use Windows NPS Server as Radius Server is cannot to use with series of AP right ?

AP connect to Switch Ruijie reyee connect to Windows Server.

i saw radius using 802.1x in cloud.
if the switch not support 802.1x radius can established or not ?

I have configure the Radius NPS server and I can connect fine but I can't access the internet with the SSID, what could be the issue?

Dear sir

may I know whether compatibility components are enabled on the server (for SU and SA clients).
Log in to SAM, SMP, ESS to check whether compatibility components are enabled
can you input following commands in the AP and show me the result?
show wlan diag sta sta-mac xxxx.xxxx.xxxx--->MAC address of devices can not access the network
show dot1x user diag mac xxxx.xxxx.xxxx--->MAC address of devices can not access the network
